My son is entering the ninth grade and I am looking for a homework coach. He will be taking plane and solid geometry, biology, English, social studies, and computer (no help needed there!). The position would be 1-2 hours daily, Mon-Thurs plus a flexible weekend day to do the weekend homework. I will guarantee a set number of minimum hours per week, and pay travel expenses. The job can be done in our home or at the high school. If necessary we can drive to you. Bo has Asperger's, he is bright and engaging. His difficulties are organization, creative writing, and socially with his peers. He has an IEP and ideally you would interact with his resource teacher from time to time. Our last homework coach was with us for three years while in college and resigned when she graduated and took a full time teaching job, got married etc. Time of day on weekdays and the weekend day is flexible.
